  • "Customer," "You," "Your": Refers to the individual placing an order on behalf of themselves or someone else.
  • "Company," "We," "Us": Refers to Uptown Writers, a business registered under the laws of California.
  • "Order": A request to purchase services or products, with advance payments required.
  • "Scope of Work": The agreed document outlining client requirements for an Order.
  • "Delivery": The product(s) and/or service(s) provided to the Customer as per the Scope of Work.
  • "Work": Encompasses all milestones and deliverables outlined in the Scope of Work.


Familiarize yourself with our Refund Policy, and understand the benefits and limitations outlined. Refunds are granted under specific circumstances, including change of mind, incomplete delivery, and late delivery. Refund requests must be made within 45 days of delivery, and processing takes up to 15 working days.


Uptown Writers provides ample revisions for customer satisfaction. Revisions must be requested within 5 days of Order Delivery, and the company reserves the right to request additional payments for revisions beyond the Scope of Work.


Orders abandoned for 45 days due to lack of communication or approvals will be considered Abandoned Projects. Work will resume upon payment of an Activation fee.


Projects delivered are marked as Closed after 45 days. The company is not responsible for completed projects beyond this deadline.


Upon delivery, all copyrights and user rights for the work are transferred to the Customer.


Uptown Writers maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy for plagiarism. All work provided is original and complies with Copyright laws.


The Company is not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of its services. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the Company harmless from any claims or actions related to product/service usage.


Uptown Writers may unilaterally change its Terms & Conditions. Regularly review these pages to stay updated with any amendments.
